"Every Girl" - album of Trisha Yearwood (My Review) [English Version]
Hey 😉
Trisha Yearwood is a well-known Country artist, who began her career in 1991 with the release of the self - titled album, which received platinum status. Other albums such as "Hearts In Armor" (1992), "The Song Remembers When" (1993), "The Sweetest Gift" (1994), "Thinkin 'About You" (1995), "Everybody Knows" (1996) , "Where Your Road Leads" (1998), "Real Live Woman" (2000), "Inside Out" (2001), "Jasper County" (2005) also obtained the status of platinum or gold. Later released albums "Heaven, Heartache And The Power Of Love" (2007), "Christmas Together" - recorded with her husband recognized Country artist Garth Brooks (2016), "Let's Be Frank" (2019) unfortunately did not get such recognition in music rankings. It's such a short description of the singer's discography 😄.
In this post I will write about her latest album "Every Girl" released on August 30, 2019.
1. Workin 'On Whiskey - interesting musical arrangement, especially intro. It is a song about unrequited love so the narrator escapes into alcohol. In my opinion, the artist's voice perfectly reflects emotions.
2. Find A Way - another nice song intro. The musical arrangement is more energetic than before. Although it's probably a song about unrequited love, it's not a nostalgic song.
3. Home - I think this is one of the best songs from this album. The musical arrangement is simply beautiful, which perfectly matches the artist's vocals. Definitely nostalgia can be heard here.
4. Every Girl In This Town - this is one single promoting the album. A beautiful song about how every girl has her dreams, weaknesses and is still a strong person. Personally, I love this song.
5. Tell Me Something I Don't Know (feat. Kelly Clarkson) - great intro to this composition. Another beautiful song that I can't stop listening to. The musical arrangement (especially the sound of guitars) and the wonderful voices of Trisha and Kelly make this song move. The song also has a message that everyone warns us about who we will fall in love with, but we ourselves have to find out if it is true love.
6. What Gave Me Away (feat. Garth Brooks) - this is a duet with the artist's husband known artist Country Garth Brooks. I like the calm tone of the musical arrangement of this song and the harmony between the artists. You can hear the great sound of guitars here.
7. Something Kinda Like It - I love the fast tempo of the song and the musical arrangement. The song makes you want to dance to the rhythm of this composition.
8. When Lonely Calls - Trisha's voice in this song is very moving. In my opinion this is another of the better songs on this album. I just love this composition.
9. The Matador - an interesting musical arrangement. The next composition that moves and you can't stop listening to it.
10. I'll Carry You Home - I love the musical arrangement and the calm tempo of the song. This is a beautiful song.
11. Drink Up - unlike previous songs it is a cheerful song that you can listen to at parties.
12. Bible And .44 (feat. Patty Loveless) - I love the instruments used here. The next song that touches and wants to be listened to. In the chorus you can hear wonderful harmony between the artists.
13. Can't Take Back Goodbye - this is a completely different composition from previous songs. Although this is a song about breaking up, it is not presented as a sad story and I like it.
14. Love You Anyway (feat. Don Henley) - it's great to hear this duo again. Although I think Don Henley should sing the verse separately to hear his wonderful voice.
4. Every Girl In This Town - this is one single promoting the album. A beautiful song about how every girl has her dreams, weaknesses and is still a strong person. Personally, I love this song.

"Every Girl" was released in August and I'm just listening to this album for the first time (I do the same with every new album that is released and then I write a review). Listening to this album I regret that I waited so long. But I want to explain something to you, it's not like that a new album comes out, I listen to these songs and write what I think about it. Sometimes it's like I need time to sit back and listen to an album. Recently, I had some time, but I could not convince myself to listen to this CD because I probably needed a break. Returning to the Trisha Yearwood's album, I am very positively surprised. And reading my opinions about songs you can get bored because I still write "I like this musical arrangement", "great song" etc. I couldn't do it otherwise because I was just moved by listening to these songs. Finally, I will write that I am happy that Trisha Yearwood is back, because this album shows that she is a very talented artist.
I rate this album 5/5
